"Cherry BOmb!" is a 2025 animated student-lead film. Chaos meets confection! In a quaint family-run bakery, our wild and spirited young girl; Cherry, decides to surprise her grandpa with a homemade cake, but things take a wild turn! Her recipe? Some sugar, a sprinkle of mischief, and an explosive personality! Despite the mess and chaos, Grandpa realizes Cherry's explosion came from a place of love. What follows a sweet tender moment between two generations- instills the reminder that even the biggest messes can lead to the most meaningful memories.
Roles in "Cherry Bomb!"
-Director-

As Director, My role was to oversee all departments including modeling, animation, rigging, surfacing, marketing, etc. Working one on one with head of departments, communicating with project managers to ensure realistic deadlines, and mediated any conflicts during production.
-Character Designer-
My role as a character designer consisted of designing appealing characters that can work in a 3d environment, ensuring any limitations that could cause issues within character modeling and rigging, while also creating visually pleasing characters to the viewer


-Lighting and composition-
My role as a lighting and compositing artist included creating 3d set up lights in Autodesk Maya to help give life to the 3D environment we created. with the finalized lights set up, I rendered over 5000 frames and composited them into nuke compositor utilizing a multitude of nodes in nuke to ensure a smooth finalized composition
